Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all welding services provided by Glenn's Welding through the website gweldingsvc.com. Glenn’s Welding is located at 58709 E End Rd, Homer, AK, 99603-9468. 1. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). Glenn's Welding accepts major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business checks. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit must be received prior to the commencement of any welding work, unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.

2. Service Estimates and Deposits

Clients may receive a detailed service estimate prior to any work. Depending on the scope of the project, a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% may be required to secure your appointment and cover material procurement and scheduling.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel a scheduled service with no penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, Glenn’s Welding reserves the right to retain the deposit or charge a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total service cost.
• For custom or specialty fabrication work, no refunds will be provided once materials have been purchased or fabrication has begun.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only issued if a service cannot be provided due to fault on the part of Glenn's Welding (e.g., equipment failure, technician unavailability).
• No refunds are granted for dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences after the service has been performed according to the agreed specifications.
• Partial refunds may be issued in rare cases where incomplete service is agreed upon in writing and approved by Glenn’s Welding management.

5. Service Disputes

In the event of a dispute over the quality or delivery of services, clients are encouraged to contact Glenn’s Welding within 7 days of service completion. We will evaluate your concerns and may offer a remedy, such as rework or a partial credit, at our sole discretion.

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alaska. Any legal disputes will be resolved under applicable federal or state law in the jurisdiction of Alaska.
